Diamonds Dies

ASP diamonds Dies manufactured with single crystal diamonds and monocrystal diamond produce drawn wire with superior surface conditions and the ability to maintain very tight diameter tolerances. Drawing applications and required hole size diameters are used to help determine which diamond crystal is the appropriate material with which to work.

Natural & Mono Diamond dies are usually used to draw very fine wire and in some cases to draw the final sizes, where better surface finish of wire is required.

Standard Reduction Angles are 10 through 23° in 2° increments (Ex: 14-16°)
Standard Bearing Length range is 10 through 70% of hole diameter in 20% increments (Ex: 20 - 40%)
Elongation Dies and Sets are available with + or -1/2 percent standard elongation tolerance.
